PRESIDENTIAL ADVISORY COUNCIL SATISFIED WITH ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENTS

The chairperson of the Presidential Advisory Council, Mr Edwin Manikai  says the second republic’s economic blueprint will ensure the success of Zimbabwe’s business community, as  it is crafted for maximum beneficiation in all sectors of the economy.

Mr Manikai who together with the Presidential Advisory Council, met President Emmerson Mnangagwa at statehouse, said stakeholders in business are satisfied with the economic steps that the government is taking.

In his address, President Mnangagwa said the second republic is putting the private sector at the centre of the developmental thrust of the country.

The 26 member Presidential Advisory Council was appointed by President Emmerson Mnangagwa and plays a crucial role in advising the President on key economic issues and reforms that will support his vision of making Zimbabwe a middle income society by 2030.
